Armed with proven strategies for effective program delivery and important evidence-based data for facilitating and managing social service projects directed toward the targeted population, the Take Charge Program has integrated a multi-faceted model project that can address many of the social ills that currently impact residents in the targeted population that organization serves. Our programs bring purpose, focus, coordination, and science to the effort to counter the devastating impact of juvenile crime. We have developed comprehensive programs that offer coordinated services that are effective, efficient, and available on demand.

Requirements of the programs include, prompt and regular attendance, adhering to the dress code, males must wear a suit, slacks, dress shirt, neck tie, and dress shoes; and females must wear a dress, skirt, blouse, dress shoes for females; completing homework assignments; and reading and studying at least 1 hour, 5 nights per week. Students must also pass a test on cultural awareness history in order to graduate.
