Take Charge Program

The Take Charge Juvenile Diversion Program has a core team of 7 highly experienced employees with a combined average of 15 years working within the human services field; specializing in at-risk, delinquent and adjudicated youth and families.  Our direct services staff includes a licensed qualified clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience.  It also includes counselors who are certified in youth/family conflict resolution, behavior management and mediation diplomacy.

Additionally, our senior management personnel have been certified as Gang Prevention Specialists.
