The Take Charge Program has a core team of highly skilled and experienced professionals and facilitators each with more than 25 years experience working in human services; schools; counseling; medical and mental health; social work; juvenile and criminal court; and non-profit environments. Our well-rounded staff is prepared to address the needs of teens whose challenges include adjudication (court cases), pilule or who are defiant, runaway, truant, medication non-compliant, involved in gang or bullying activities, suspended from school, low academic achievers, or just “out-of-control”. Our staff is equally capable to assist parents in developing coping and communications strategies that help to improve relationships and strengthen families.
